The free of TAC Online Training promotes an inclusive mindset and equips teachers with strategies to support students with ADHD in an inclusive school setting. It explicitly does not deal with diagnostic and therapeutic applications, but suggests practical considerations for shaping everyday school life. The online training consists of four units, which can be worked through as needed:
Background
Classroom Management
Relationships
Learning Experience
Each unit contains information, interactive elements or downloadable material. All strategies suggested in this course are grounded in current research and are evidence-based. Some of the examples or strategies may relate to primary, others to secondary school – but all can also be adapted for the other.
The TAC Training can be completed with a quiz, the passing of which leads to the issuing of a certificate confirming that you have undergone further training on the subject of ADHD in the classroom.
